In 2002, Accurate Locating Services recognized the need to locate, provide video inspection of pipelines and evaluate the infrastructure under existing buildings especially for industrial clients with hazardous environments. We used existing technologies in the sewer cleaning and close circuit televising industry and customized our equipment to reach areas unattainable in the past. Our engineering services group evaluates the pipeline assessment data and prepares reports for our customers to meet EPA and other governmental standards. The majority of our services were for industrial and commercial applications, but we recently expanded into the municipal and residential market. We routinely handle emergency repairs as well as a regular preventative maintenance service.

Often, while televising a pipeline, it was apparent to us that there were problems in the pipelines. The problems were as simple as cleaning pipes for preventive maintenance to aging infrastructure. Also, pipelines are stressed due to the type's loadings, effluents and temperatures associated with processes being served by the pipeline. This led us to offer trenchless products and services, which can address some of these pipeline problems from inside the pipe without costly excavation. In July 2004, we partnered with Sheridan Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. to expand our capabilities in Industrial and Municipal applications. Sheridan focuses on new construction and repairs on sewer and water pipelines, which cannot be repaired with trenchless methods.

Our management team is a diverse group with a combined 70 years of experience in the sewer cleaning, televising and cured-in-place pipe lining industries. Most of us came from industry leaders and large companies with the ambition to go back to a small, family business approach which places a lot of attention to the customer. We approach each and every job with the same enthusiasm and pride as if it were our first. Our mission statement is to provide service with quality workmanship and materials at a fair price, in a responsive, courteous and professional manner.
