Pipeline Inspection

Accurate Locating Services, Inc. is capable of televising pipes as small as 4 inches in diameter to as large as 84 inches in diameter. Our equipment is all auto uprighting and in full color. We have explosion-proof cameras which are certified for use in Class 1, Division 1, Gas Groups C & D, and Temperature rated for T3 Hazardous Environments, as well as intrinsically safe cameras. Our intrinsically safe cameras can be used in any type of pipe, or atmospheric condition from 1.5 inches up to a maximum of 4 inches.

Each inspection report may contain any of the follwing information:
  • Date of the CCTV work;
  • Location of work;
  • Pipe size and type of materials;
  • Location point for the start and end of each section;
  • Direction of flow and measurement;
  • Location and description of any defects;
  • Recommended repairs for any defects;
  • Location of any lateral connections to the pipe; and
  • General commentary.
    		•  Each CCTV inspection may contain any of the following information:
  • Audio
  • Date of the CCTV work;
  • Location of work;
  • Pipe size and type of materials;
  • Location point for the start and end of each section;
  • Direction of flow and measurement;
  • Location and description of any defects;
  • Location of any lateral connections to the pipe; and
  • General commentary.

    Digital Still Images
    Our surveying equipment can take digital still images of active inspection footage, as well as printing these images. We have the ability to incorporate these digital pictures (commonly referred to as JPEG's) into your project or we can produce them individually for reference to a specific point of interest.
